From the North (I-93S or Rt. 1S)

• Follow I-93 south to exit 26B marked Storrow Drive, North Station & Cambridge and stay in the left lane. 
• Long descending ramp brings you to tunnel on left – marked Back Bay & Storrow Drive. Continue on the ramp toward Storrow Drive and merge onto it.
• After leaving the Strorrow Drive tunnel, take first exit on the left, marked Kendall Square, Cambridge & Rt. 3 North.
• As you approach the Longfellow Bridge and the rotary, turn right over bridge to Cambridge and Kendall Square. 
• Once over the bridge, proceed until you come to a set of lights and turn right onto Third Street.
• One Broadway is on the corner and the garage entrance is just ahead on your right.
• The parking attendant can direct you to the lobby door from the garage. Security is located a the Broadway and Third Street corner of the lobby.

From the South (Rt. 93N, Rt. 3N, Rt. 1N, SE Exp)

• Following inbound until you go through the Liberty/Expressway Tunnels.
• While still in tunnel, watch for and take exit 26, marked Storrow Drive & Cambridge. Follow Signs to Storrow Drive.
• After leaving the Strorrow Drive tunnel, take first exit on the left, marked Kendall Square, Cambridge & Rt. 3 North.
